Saint Paul’s Band consists of the Marching Band, Jazz Band and Concert Band. The Marching Band performs throughout the year at school events such as football games, school events, and Mardi Gras parades.
The Marching Wolves Booster Club is an organization of Band and Golden Blues member parents who participate during the year in various fundraising and other activities to support the operation of the Marching Wolves.
Band Booster meetings are normally scheduled at 7:00 pm in Saint Paul’s Band Room on a monthly basis. Some months are skipped due to a lack of activity happening with the band.
Parents, please note that if you would like to be a chaperone or any band trip or parade, you must have completed the Archdiocese Safe Environment training. For more information, contact Claire P. Coutrado at email@example.com.
NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION and Percussion Rehearsal:
All students are welcome to join the Marching Band. No experience with instruments is necessary. Orientation and percussion rehearsal is as follows:
Monday, July 18, 2016 – 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Tuesday, July 19, 2016 – 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Wednesday, July 20, 2016 – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Please bring your own lunch.
