8th Grade Applicant in a Catholic Elementary School in
the Archdiocese of New Orleans
School Year 2024-2025
October 28, 2023– Saint Paul’s Open House for Prospective Students (current 6th, 7th, and 8th graders) will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 in the Briggs Assembly Center from 1:00pm – 3:00pm. Open House is optional. Open House attendance is not a requirement for admission.
November 10, 20232 – Archdiocese of New Orleans Application Form should be returned to applicant’s elementary school.
November 14, 2023 – Saint Paul’s Admission Application is due along with a one page letter from the prospective student stating why he would like to attend Saint Paul’s and how he will benefit from our program. Do not send registration fee.
November 14, 2023 – Upload letter (1 page limit) thought the parent portal account.
January 13, 2024 – Attend Application Day Placement Test beginning at 8:00am. A fee of $30 is due on testing day to cover testing costs. Parents will receive test results. The fee should be brought to testing day, not sent with application or given to elementary school. No student may attend Application Day testing at more than one school.
February 22 2024 – Saint Paul’s will mail letters with admission decisions.

School Year 2024-2025

November 14, 2023 – Submit the following documents:
- completed Saint Paul’s Admission Application
- copy of last year’s final school report card
- copy of current report card for this year
- copy of at least one recent standardized test
- one page letter from applicant to indicate why students wants to attend Saint Paul’s and how he will benefit from our program
January 13, 2024 – Attend Application Day Placement Test beginning at 8:00am in the Briggs Assembly Center. A fee of $30 is due on testing day to cover testing costs.
