BOOKSTORE:  Volunteers work in the bookstore which is open school days before and after school and during lunch. No experience necessary!

BOTANICAL WOLVES: This committee works to beautify the landscape of the St. Paul’s  campus with plantings of trees, shrubs and flowers while providing a botanical, educational resource to the school.

CELEBRITY WAITERS:  Assists with set-up.

CHRISTMAS DINNER: This committee provides a  Christmas dinner in December for all Brothers of the St. Paul’s community.

CALL ME IF YOU NEED ME: This committee will consist of volunteers who are available on an “on call” basis to fill in when needed.

CHALLENGE NIGHT:  This committee provides desserts and chaperones for this fun annual competition between St. Paul’s and SSA’s students.

CHRISTMAS LUMINARIES:  Volunteers decorate the chapel and Christmas tree, provide refreshments, and work with the Student Council for this wonderful campus Luminary celebration held in December.

DAY OF RECOLLECTION: This committee helps plan a special spring retreat day for St. Paul’s moms.

EIGHTH GRADE PROMOTION RECEPTION:  This committee coordinates a reception for eighth grade students and their families after their graduation in May.

GOLF TOURNAMENT:  Volunteers assist the Alumni Office on the day of the tournament.

GRANDPARENTS’ DAY:  Volunteers assist with hosting a special day for students and their grandparents or special guest.

JAZZ ‘N ROLL:  Volunteers assist the Development Office and Event Chairs with this major fundraiser.  Assistance is needed with mail-outs,  set-up and working the day of the event.

MISSION COLLECTION: This committee will help the Student Council count and collect donations for the missions.

MOTHER/SON DINNER:  This committee plans, decorates, and sets up a dinner for St. Paul’s students and their mothers.

NEW MOMS’ WINE AND CHEESE SOCIAL:  This committee coordinates a welcoming and orientation reception for new moms in August. Please note sign up is for the following August.

OFFICE HELP:  Volunteers will assist the office with tasks such as mail-outs.

SENIOR GRADUATION RECEPTION:  This committee coordinates  a reception for Seniors and their families after graduation in May.

SENIOR RING RECEPTION:  This committee coordinates a  reception for Seniors and their families after the ring ceremony in August.

SENIOR BREAKFAST:  This committee coordinates the catering of breakfast for Seniors and their parents after the March thru the Arch  in August.

ST. JOSEPH ALTAR:  Helps with set up, donations for food items and break down of the altar which is done during school so the boys attend.

SUNSHINE COMMITTEE:  Helps St. Paul’s families coping with serious illness or death throughout the year.

TEACHER APPRECIATION:  This committee provides and/or serves food for events honoring our teachers throughout the year to show our appreciation.
