Band Camp Information

PERCUSSION CAMP AND NEW BAND MEMBER ORIENTATION
Percussion Camp and New Band Member Orientation is scheduled beginning Monday, July 18, 2016 from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Percussion camp will end on Wednesday, July 20th at 12:00 noon.

*** The first Marching Wolves Booster Club meeting for parents will be Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 7:00pm in the St. Paul’s Band Room.

BAND CAMP FOR ALL MARCHING WOLVES
Saint Paul’s Band Camp is scheduled beginning on Monday, July 25, 2016 and ending with a Meet the Band Performance and Social on Friday, July 29, 2016 at 6:00pm in the gym.

Band Camp is for ALL Band and Golden Blue members. Camp begins on Monday, July 25th at 9:00am and is held each day that week ending at 6:00pm. The camp fee is $125 and should be submitted with the required permission forms prior to camp or on Monday the 25th. Lunch, beverages and snacks will be provides by the Band Boosters all week.

Group photos will be taken on Friday, July 29th during camp. Proper grooming is required.

VOLUNTEERS – We are looking for help with Band Camp. We need 2 volunteers each day to help with serving lunch. Lunch volunteers will be needed from 11:00am – 1:30pm each day.

MEET THE BAND PERFORMANCE AND SOCIALThere will be a “Meet the Band” Performance on Friday, July 29, 2016 at 6:00pm, with a social following the performance under the Wolfdome.

We are looking for donations of side dishes and desserts for the social. The Boosters will be cooking jambalaya for all of the Marching Wolves and their families. If you would like to donate, please contact us at marchingwolves@gmail.com.
