Alumni Director Welcome
Al Nastasi ‘91
As an alumnus of the Class of 1991, I was able to experience firsthand for five years a “good place to grow up” in Saint Paul’s School. I am now equally as blessed to be able to observe from the vantage point of Alumni Director, the transformation of the lives of the leaders of tomorrow and our future alumni on an almost daily basis.
In keeping with the eloquent words of the mission statement as reflected below, we invite you, the alumni, to celebrate the first century of our rich heritage and to assist us in defining our second.
The mission of the Saint Paul’s School Alumni Association is to enhance good fellowship among alumni and the entire Saint Paul’s family; to provide a liaison for Alumni to reconnect and strengthen their bond with Saint Paul’s so that the School’s unique legacy, traditions, and character endure forever; to promote and be a force of pride for Saint Paul’s in the community; and to encourage all associated with Saint Paul’s to at all times perpetuate and function in the Lasallian spirit.
The Alumni Department, in conjunction with the Association, is committed to providing a wide array of constituent events such as the Homecoming celebration, the Joseph A. Champagne/ Gene Bennett Memorial Golf Tournament, Christmas on Columbia, the Crawfish Cook-off and Reunion Weekend, alumni recognitions and sporting events, General Alumni meetings, and campus tours. We strive to foster the sense of Brotherhood, assisting in keeping graduating classes connected to both one another and to Saint Paul’s School, all the while working to ensure that our alma mater will continue to enrich the lives of young men in our community for generations to come.
We encourage and challenge you to be a part of as many alumni events and school activities/functions as your schedule will allow. Your experience here is welcome far beyond your years in the classroom. If I can ever be of any assistance in this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
….and the Strength of the Wolf is the Pack!
