College Tour

Each year in early June, approximately thirty-five students travel with Saint Paul’s Counselors to visit ten colleges and universities.  Rising juniors and seniors with a grade point average of 3.0 or above may apply for this exciting educational experience.  The students will be selected by a faculty committee to go on the tour.

Each student who wants to be considered must submit a one-page essay titled “The value of a college visit – what do I hope to learn?”, secure two recommendations from current teachers of core academic subjects, and must not have any serious conduct violations.

Part of this college tour is sponsored by Saint Paul’s Renaissance Program, known for their strong business and education partnership.  For more information, contact the Counseling Department at 985-892-3200 ext 4100 or guidance@stpauls.com .
